How it works

The Los Gatos Multiport Input Unit (MIU)  is an external box with either 8 or 16 solenoid valve input ports that can be controlled by any Los Gatos Research continuous gas analyser. The ports are programmed at the analyser which allows for any port to be selected for input at any time.

Once programmed the measurements of the different samples or reference gas cylinders are fully automated. You are able to control the MIU using the following LGR analysers:
