Combining Mass Measurement with Carbon Speciation using the BC 1060 and ES-405.
The ES-405 is a near reference air quality sensor designed to provide accurate real time measurements of PM₁₀, PM₄, PM₂.₅, and PM₁ particulate concentrations simultaneously. The BC 1060 Black Carbon Monitor allows determination of BC and BrC levels with sensitivity of less than 1 ng/m3 in real time.
The two monitors can work in conjunction with each other at sites such as busy roadside locations.
