Paul is a highly experienced key account manager with excellent project and team leadership skills.
Paul started at ET in 1991 in the service department of which he became Customer Services Manager, a position he held for 15 years. After a brief period away from the business, Paul came back to ET in 2017 focussing this time on sales.
He brings a wealth of experience to ET, particularly in account management and consultative solutions sales. Paul has a comprehensive background in the installation and servicing of Air Quality Monitoring and CEMS systems, with specific expertise in software and hardware support, client training, troubleshooting, and on-time project delivery.
Paul has also been instrumental in ET’s success with IoT based low-cost sensors and ‘Indicative MCERTS’ product sales.
This comprehensive experience has paved the way for his transition into Sales. Paul now specialises in selling and advising customers on AQM and CEMS systems throughout the UK.
