As the first point of contact for general enquiries, Carol is an excellent communicator with exemplary administration and organisational skills with extensive experience in supporting our Sales Engineers.
Carol’s responsibilities include generating quotations and tenders for customers with very specific needs, as well as supporting our accounts department, processing orders, and ensuring on-time delivery from our suppliers.
Carol is a key member of the Sales Team, working hard to support UK and overseas clients, as well as always finding time to help and support colleagues throughout the business.
