Customer Support Administrator

Becky is responsible for scheduling ET’s large team of customer service engineers.

Working alongside Rickie Lambert, ET’s other scheduler, Becky routinely books our team of engineers on callouts, breakdowns, or planned service visits. She coordinates their daily schedules, maintaining communication with both customers and engineers to find the best solution for the customers. Due to the customer-centric nature of Becky’s role, she also sits on our Customer Satisfaction committee.
